A healthy, low carb burger with a kick of flavor!
3 oz ground beef (97% lean)
1 egg white
1 oz strip Applegate® Uncured Turkey Bacon
2 tsp sriracha sauce
1 T low-fat mayonaise
Season ground beef as desired and mix with egg white. Form mixture into a patty. coat a skillet with cooking spray and sear for 3-5 minutes on each side. Add bacon to pan to crisp. In a small bowl, mix sriracha and mayo. Top burger with sauce and bacon.
