1 scoop Signature Whey Protein Shake (vanilla)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1/4 cup frozen spinach
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 packet Splenda
1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Tips: adjust sweetner, extract and ice to taste. Don’t like cottage cheese? Use plain, non-fat greek yogurt instead.
