Many a child (and adult for that matter) has turned up their nose at the sight of Brussels Sprouts. But when prepared correctly, these mini cabbages are quite tasty. Plus, they have 4g of fiber per serving. Try this delicious Brussels with Pancetta recipe!
1 oz. pancetta, minced
1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, shredded
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced or thinly sliced
In a heavy saucepan, cook pancetta over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Add olive oil and garlic, saute until golden. Add Brussels Sprouts and saute over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
