3) Tone-toners help balance the skin, bringing PH level back to normal. Toners also remove deeply seeded dirt, clear the pores and tighten the skin. For those who need it, toners can control oil and remove buildup.
4) Moisturize/Protect- the only difference between a raisin and a grape is moisture. Properly moisturized skin looks younger, healthier, and firmer. Daytime moisturizer should also include an SPF.
